How can you help me raise capital for my startup?

After reviewing your company from investors perspective, we can help define the weak links and offer possible solutions to address them. If needed to actively assist in preparing for investment (such as investor deck, business model, commercial terms of investment, market research, pitch narrative, high-end branding etc.), we can do it ourselves or with the help of our network of trusted professional vendors.

The second phase would be to warmly introduce you to a list of potential relevant investors, foreign and local, and support the process of negotiation all the way to closing.

Do you offer your services to Round A+ startups as well?

Of course. In some cases it’s even easier for us, if the numbers are right.

Do you provide software development solutions?

We are not a development house, but under our umbrella we do work with leading vendors to provide these solutions.

Do you take equity?

Depending on the service. We take only if we provide value, and only a sensible amount to match our work.
